MEDENTGROUP and its subsidiaries have been evaluated very positively by an external certification institute in this year’s audit.
In addition to MEDENTGROUP, MEDENT and MEDITsystems, MEDENT International now received the certificate according to the current standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 for the first time.
DIN EN ISO 9001:2009 is an international standard for quality management systems. Therein, requirements are described to ensure the quality of products and services – to successfully manage and run a company a systematic and explicit management is essential.
In a quality management system all the goals and descriptions of the employee’s working processes, as well as strategies for achieving the goals are defined. The intranet-based technology is modular, scalable and flexible.
Quality management systems not only support the job sequence, but also increase the motivation of each employee. A well-performing and “lived” system guarantees a high degree of customer-related services and is able to set free resources for an ongoing progression. Quality management systems should not only be written on a certificate, they should be performed transparently within the company and especially for the customer. Thereby, we act within the meaning of our customers – finally, all involved will benefit of a strong customer loyality and an increased efficiency.
“Within the MEDENTGROUP the quality management guidelines will be clearly stated and replicable through structured workflows and customized procedural and work instructions”, emphasizes Thorsten Huhnd – Quality management representative of MEDENTGROUP. “This year we showed again that our company complies with the guidelines of a functioning quality management system thoroughly.
